Dining
Holiday of Magic Yacht Charters will arrange for all of your catering needs. We have our own onboard Chef and offer an extensive gourmet menu. All items are prepared on board and served by our professional and courteous staff. Both buffet and sit-down style dining are available.
A 18% service charge covers Homeland Security, clean-up, waste disposal, port fees, and crew salaries. All charges are subject to Florida sales tax.
Holiday of Magic is fully licensed to serve all alcoholic beverages on board and prohibits guests from bringing alcoholic beverages of their own aboard the yacht.

RESERVATION & BOOKING PROCEDURES
Holds
All date inquiries must be made through Holiday of Magic. to confirm availability. A non-exclusive hold for a particular date may be placed; however, if another client requests a contract on the same date, any previous holds will be given a 24hr. first right of refusal to book the event, otherwise the hold is released.
Reserving
In order to reserve the vessel, the event must be booked, including a signed contract and initial deposit received. Outstanding contracts without signature nor deposit do not constitute a reservation and are considered a hold.
Children & Teenager Pricing
Beverages - For events with children and/or teenagers, the non-alcoholic bar service will be charged for those guests.
Food Service Children 10 years of age and below will be charged 50% of the rate of the menu selection for the general guests. Children and teenagers 11 years and older will be subject to the full menu rate.
Deposits & Payment
All events booked require a initial deposit, due upon signing of the contract. The remaining balance will be due 15 days prior to the event date. If the reservation is being done within 30 days of the event date, full payment is due upon signing of the contract. Deposits/payments are non-refundable.
December Minimums
For events on Friday or Saturday evenings in December, in addition to the $500 premium on the charter fee, all events are subject to a 50 person minimum. If a smaller group wishes to book, they may; however, they must pay for a minimum of 50 guests.
Event Terms
Guest counts and menu selections are required no less than 15 business days prior to the event date. Guest count may not be decreased after that time.
Cancellations
If client must cancel, client will have the option to reschedule the event for another date and time plus any applicable surcharges for repurchasing food, etc. OR client may fully cancel and all monies previously paid will be forfeited.
If Holiday of Magic Inc.. must cancel, client will have the option to reschedule the event for another date and time at no additional cost OR client may fully cancel and all monies previously paid will be returned.
*Hurricane Policy In the event a NAMED tropical storm or hurricane is forecast to impact the Miami-Dade and/or Broward County areas within 48 hours prior or post of the scheduled event date, client may opt to reschedule the event at no additional charge to another date. Client must select this option no less than 3 days prior to the scheduled event date.
